      What you will be doing

      The Senior Accountant works as a key member of our global finance team, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial operations. From managing a seamless migration to new accounting systems to leading auditing processes, you’ll contribute to Clario’s continued success and innovation. Within this role, you will have responsibilities for (but not limited to):

      • Manage the migration of all reporting entities from legacy accounting software to a new system, ensuring a seamless transition.

      • Assist in general ledger and accounts payable functions including but not restricted to monthly closings, batch and payment approvals, cash application, account analysis and reconciliations.

      • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal financial departments and with external auditors to assist with the delivery of all audits

      • Generate and deliver all statutory reporting requirements of international entities.

      • To oversee and deliver in any tax inspections or tax related questions.

      • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT/GST return and ensure compliance with VAT/GST legislation

      • Support the Accounting manager.

      • Support and/or manage special projects as requested.

      What we're looking for

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field required

      • 2+ years of experience in Accounting, preferably within a service organization

      • Experience in implementing or migrating accounting software

      • Excellent knowledge of auditing processes & experience working with external auditors in the delivery of audits

      • Experience working in an international environment within a medium-large organization

      • General knowledge and experience with bookkeeping principles and office practices and procedures

      • Proven ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and co-workers

      • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint required; Advanced skills in Excel and Access strongly preferred
