      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide candidates through the application process, ensuring a smooth experience
      - Foster harmonious relationships between clients and candidates to create successful hires
      - Proactively communicate with candidates via email and phone to provide information and answer questions
      - Assess candidate applications by leveraging your understanding of accounting roles and responsibilities
      - Cultivate a positive and supportive atmosphere for candidates throughout the hiring process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 or 4-year degree in Accounting
      - 3+ years of experience in CAS and/or CPA firm environments, including full-cycle bookkeeping and monthly accounting close process
      - 2-3+ years of recent QuickBooks Online experience
      - Knowledge of popular QBO-integrated software (e.g., BILL, Melio, Gusto)
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA or MSA certification is a plus
      - Experience in recruiting and/or hiring within a remote accounting environment
