What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply advanced investment accounting analysis in compliance with GAAP, SAP, and tax regulations
- Act as a subject matter expert for projects, ensuring accounting and internal control objectives are met
- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Contribute to the improvement of risk-based financial controls and implement action plans for control deficiencies
- Perform month-end accounting processes, including cash/trade processing and reconciliations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Investment accounting experience required
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to tackle complex problems under time constraints
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and self-motivation
- Attention to detail with the capability to work strategically

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or other applicable certifications
- Experience with PFI (PAM for Investments) and/or Residential Mortgage
- History of process improvement initiatives
