What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform client clean-ups and manage complex accounting tasks with precision
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, progress billing, and accrual accounting
- Manage transactions and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Communicate complex financial information to clients in an understandable manner
- Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements within the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- QBO ProAdvisor certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months)
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Ability to adapt to new cloud-based tools and technologies
- Strong sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fun team environment
