What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage vendor payment processes and ensure accurate payments with proper documentation and approvals
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to meet payment deadlines
- Set up new vendors in internal systems, including managing W9 and ACH information
- Perform invoice reconciliation and reporting, and issue form 1099 to vendors as required
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Accounts Payable processes and implement changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like filtering, pivot tables, and lookup formulas
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and oral
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals related to the Accounts Payable function

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple best-in-class payment systems
- Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
- Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint, including effective use of visuals
