What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process corporate credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, and vendor invoices timely
- Onboard new employees to the employer's spend management software and prepare vendor payments
- Handle initial communication regarding inquiries from vendors and internal business partners
- Support and assist other teams' requests and corporate initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related Accounts Payable (A/P) work experience
- Ability to perform routine tasks under moderate supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct independent research
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with spend management software or similar financial systems
