What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage Accounts Payable (A/P) processes for complex markets or departments in a timely and accurate manner
- Process vendor invoices, patient and insurance company refunds, and match purchase orders to invoices
- Reconcile Accounts Payable trade accounts and generate monthly executive reports on procurement card violations
- Assist in the month-end close process and provide support to Accounts Payable staff
- Act as an informal mentor and coach to other A/P team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Ability to adhere to company policies and deadlines
- Experience in processing high volume accounts payable transactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Coupa software
