What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support healthcare centers and services teams by addressing accounts payable (AP) related questions and escalated issues
- Assist in reviewing payment requests, credits, voids, reissues, vendor setup, and payment verification
- Ensure timely completion of monthly and daily tasks according to established deadlines
- Serve as a subject matter expert in identifying and resolving AP process-related issues
- Monitor and manage ticket escalations and support requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets and utilize functions like pivot tables and V-lookups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AP integrated procurement platforms
- Familiarity with the escheatment process and unclaimed property support
- Ability to engage and support remote teams effectively
- Established skills in logical and critical thinking for problem-solving
