      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform various accounts receivable tasks focusing on aged accounts greater than 120 days
      - Address payer discrepancies and disputed claims efficiently
      - Utilize automated business applications for data entry and management
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate billing and collections processes
      - Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Four years of healthcare cash posting, billing, third-party follow-up, and collections experience required, or a combination of education and/or experience in a related field totaling four years
      - Proficiency in automated business applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
      - Data entry experience
      - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance preferred

      - Experience in healthcare billing and collections
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
