- Provide technical support for Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Certificate services/Public key infrastructure
- Assist customers in configuring, and maintaining AD and MIM, Microsoft Purview Audit, MSFT Communication compliance, MSFT Compliance Manager
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ to 15 years of experience in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Certificate services/Public key infrastructure, MSFT Identity manager, Microsoft Purview Audit, MSFT Communication compliance, MSFT Compliance Manager
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
