What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct hedging analysis, including sensitivity testing, attribution, and forward-looking estimation for variable annuities
- Analyze and propose solutions for hedge strategies while reviewing hedge performance
- Communicate analysis results and drivers of performance to management
- Enhance efficiency by creating and improving analytical tools and processes
- Collaborate with the Leader of Hedging Liability Analysis to prioritize and execute projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation required; FSA designation advantageous
- Strong computing and programming skills, preferably in Python
- Experience with actuarial modeling software, ideally PathWise
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
