      Job summary

      The post holder will be aligned to a portfolio of the Care Group and will provide a senior comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the clinical services. They will undertake day to day supervision of band 2 staff, and liaise with the Administration Lead to ensure that high standards of data quality are achieved and maintained as well as ensure Clinical Practitioners are proactively supported with service delivery.

      If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].

      As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.

      An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

      Main duties of the job

      To provide day to day effective and efficient administration support of a branch of the Care GroupSupport administration teams be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, ensuring effective support for the achievement of contracted targetsMaintain a high level of confidentialityDeal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcomeSupervise and line management administrative staff on a day to day basisEnsure necessary cover at all times
