What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide executive-level support to Senior Vice Presidents of Leasing, including scheduling and travel coordination
- Oversee the work of the Leasing Coordinator and manage special projects, analysis, and reporting
- Document notes and distribute action items from high-level confidential meetings
- Communicate with tenant partners to coordinate information and meetings
- Maintain departmental goal scorecards and track key performance metrics for the Leasing team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and at least 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in retail or commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with additional experience in Salesforce and PowerBI preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

- Proven ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
