- Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel to manage and coordinate CNO/CFO schedules and meetings.
- Plan and schedule various events.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and other HR functions, preferably with Kronos or similar systems.
- Ability to learn and use internal systems and software relevant to administrative and assistant duties.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Healthcare experience is not required, but preferred.
- Experience as an executive assistant is beneficial.
- Ability to handle IT requests and manage capital expenditure needs.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The role involves managing and coordinating schedules, meetings, and various events while working directly with executive teams and leadership. Familiarity with internal systems is necessary for success in this role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
