What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement effective, robust, and reproducible machine learning pipelines using the employer's tools
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them evaluate the full potential of the employer's solutions
- Articulate best practices for instrumenting machine learning pipelines to customers
- Conduct product demos and workshops to establish technical success in the evaluation process
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams on pre-sales lifecycle processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience with TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch Lightning
- Strong programming proficiency in Python with a focus on deep learning frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux/Unix
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in packages like HuggingFace, Fastai, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Ray
- Familiarity with hyperparameter optimization solutions
- Background in data engineering, MLOps, and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in customer training sessions and product demonstrations at a SaaS company
