We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Developer to help design and develop Amazon Connect and associated downstream integrations. As an AWS Developer, you will be participating in design sessions and subsequently developing call center-related applications and support user testing, signoff, and production migration.
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience managing, leading, and/or delivering professional services or customer success.
• Available to promptly respond and resolve software-related issues and emergencies outside of regular working hours, ensuring the continuity and stability of software systems.
• Actively listen to clients and teammates to understand business processes and project objectives.
• Customer-facing/consulting contact center experience, preferably with Amazon Connect
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
• Experience with CloudFormation, Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration and Call Centre Routing, and other AWS services like DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis Streams, etc...
• Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g. python, java, Node.js)
• API integration experienceAWS platform solutioning experience, experience in creating/modifying deployment pipelines and well versed with Javascript/coding
