      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and provide quality assurance of AML and fraud incident reports
      - Conduct in-depth investigations related to potential suspicious activity
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure thorough incident reporting
      - Assist in the development and enhancement of AML policies, procedures, and internal controls
      - Support AML training initiatives and assist with audits and internal reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of AML/BSA experience in the Fintech, Banking, or Casino Industry
      - Strong investigative skills and the ability to review and interpret financial data
      - Superior written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong knowledge of the BSA and gaming industry regulations
      - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CAMS, CFE, or similar certification
      - Previous experience with back-office payments processing and fraud
      - Experience in customer verification, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
