Design analog circuit blocks such as charge pump, sense amplifier, high-voltage switches, etc. from architecture definition, hands-on design and guiding of layout implementations.
Review and guide the development of third-party Non-Volatile modules.
Take the lead in adopting state-of-the-art design and verification methodology.
Drive the validation of Non-volatile modules in collaboration with validation and test teams.
University Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
5 years + experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
Experience with the Cadence design tools.
Expertise in ultra-low-power analog circuit design is a plus and Non-volatile memory design can be learned.
Strong communication skills, you connect easily working across multi-sites with multi-national teams, you drive for results and get energy from enabling innovative solutions that make a difference in our world.
Fluent verbal and written English.

NVM Design and Technology is an organization that enables advanced Embedded Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IPs used in all market verticals of NXP (Automotive, Industrial & IoT, Mobile and communication infrastructures). Our expertise covers multiple NVM technologies such as One-Time Programmable (OTP), Multi-Time Programmable (MTP), Flash, RRAM, MRAM in different technology nodes from advanced BCD processes to advanced FinFET nodes. We are looking for an ambitious analog circuit designer to strengthen our team. Your role will be to carry out the design of analog building blocks for Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IPs (Flash, RRAM, MRAM, and Logic-NVM) for various applications such as Automotive, IoT, Mobile Communication, and Security.
As Senior Analog IC Design Engineer your challenge will be to design and develop analog ICs for leading edge disruptive memory solutions.

Your Profile:
This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
You will be reporting to the Financial Compliance manager, who is based in Hamburg. You will work closely together with our Global Subsidy Controller, who is based in Eindhoven, and you will be part of our larger Corporate Accounting team with presence around the globe. From a stakeholder perspective you will work directly with many Finance, R&D and business colleagues across Europe, and not to forget you will be the first contact for the auditors covering the IPCEI matters.

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
