What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Intake external requests for custom analytic support, including developing patient stratification models and delivering dashboards
- Assist in building new tables and dashboards within the employer's productized database
- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to package data into a consumable format for driving efforts
- Work closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists across various teams
- Manage multiple customer projects and deliver creative insights on time

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare analytic experience
- Familiarity with medical economics, risk algorithms, and quality
- Experience analyzing claims data and querying relational databases with SQL
- Proficiency with business intelligence dashboarding tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding value-based goals and objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working at a data vendor, ACO/CIN organization, or health insurance company
- Passion for clear and compelling visual design in data communication
- Familiarity with ETL processes and the AWS platform, including writing Athena queries
- Advanced SQL skills or knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as statistical modeling or machine learning
