What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the Claims Department in process changes and corporate project meetings
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend workaround processes
- Collaborate with the Management Team to enhance departmental efficiencies
- Develop learning resources and visual aids to support new projects and process changes
- Identify and escalate business process improvement opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Analysis or a related field required
- 2-3 years of experience working with data, preferably healthcare data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of relational databases and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Ability to commit to providing customer-focused quality service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare knowledge, particularly regarding electronic medical record data
- Project management skills and/or experience
- Familiarity with statistical analyses, including variance analysis and statistical significance
