What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Chase overdue accounts and invoices through telephone and email communications
- Ensure all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled
- Address customer invoice queries and collaborate with staff to resolve them promptly
- Maintain and update account information, performing necessary account reconciliations
- Meet monthly cash collection targets and report on any problematic accounts to the Head of Collections

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of Credit Control experience, managing a high volume of accounts
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
- Strong multitasking abilities and initiative to obtain necessary information
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables and V Lookups
