What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage specific Physician Compensation functions and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines
- Collaborate with leaders from various communities to ensure accurate compensation calculations
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and communications
- Provide training and support for compensation-related tasks and troubleshoot challenges as they arise
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support compensation decisions and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and data management tools
- Solid technical and analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and analyze data effectively
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two or more years of experience supporting Compensation functions
- Familiarity with physician compensation rules and regulations
- Experience in a human resources environment
