What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to crew staffing and budgeting
- Support the manager in maintaining crew staffing models and month-end reporting of cost and credit analysis
- Evaluate financial implications of crew staffing projects and develop management recommendations
- Produce management reports related to budget performance and operational performance
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues related to crew efficiency and operational performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or related fields
- At least three years of crew planning or scheduling experience required
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline strongly preferred
- Previous experience with crew optimization systems or staffing optimization
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
- Equivalent financial/business-related analytical experience can be substituted for crew planning/scheduling experience
