      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, compile, and analyze data relevant to crew staffing and budgeting
      - Support the Manager in maintaining crew staffing models and month-end reporting
      - Evaluate financial implications of crew staffing projects and develop management recommendations
      - Respond to data requests from internal customers in various departments
      - Produce management reports related to budget performance and operational metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field preferred
      - 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or related fields
      - At least three years of crew planning or scheduling experience required
      - High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline strongly preferred
      - Previous experience with crew optimization systems or similar staffing optimization experience
      - Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
