What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sample strategies and processes for satisfaction survey research
- Establish and implement processes for timely fielding of PG surveys
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance member satisfaction scores
- Write programs in SAS, SQL, and other software tools for sample creation
- Develop actionable insights about member experience using survey data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- 3+ years' experience in a business/corporate environment in a data management role
- 2+ years' experience with SAS and/or SQL
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in statistical analysis
- Knowledge of survey research platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a challenging environment
