What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage strategies and processes for satisfaction survey research
- Ensure timely execution of Performance Guarantee surveys according to contract specifications
- Collaborate with vendors to innovate and enhance member satisfaction scores
- Write programs in SAS, SQL, and other software tools to create survey samples
- Develop actionable insights from survey data to improve member experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- 3+ years' experience in a business/corporate environment in a data management role
- 2+ years' experience with SAS and/or SQL
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in statistical analysis
- Strong data storage and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and time management skills
- Familiarity with survey research platforms and principles
