#### What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day to day non-employee staffing operations
- Own operational projects for non-employee program
- Review ticket inquiries in internal ticketing system
- Handle non-employee data and reporting
- Assist with mid-level Statements of Work for BPO

#### What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Contingent Workforce Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- 3 to 5 years of staff augmentation and independent contractor management experience
- 1 to 3 years of Statement of Work experience for professional services
- Demonstrated experience partnering with internal hiring managers on non-employee hiring and classification
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
- Naturally inquisitive and challenges the status quo

#### How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with global Vendor Management System/Managed Service Provider implementation
- Strong command of global independent contractor management
- Demonstrated global Contingent Workforce management experience
- Exposure to Procurement processes
