What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational support for IAM systems, including Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint
- Manage access provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications for users across multiple systems
- Conduct regular access reviews and user entitlement audits to ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating IAM tasks
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Cybersecurity teams to streamline IAM processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 6 years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in IAM Operations Support, specifically with Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint
- Strong understanding of access provisioning, user lifecycle management, and role-based access control
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating IAM tasks
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or Okta Certified Administrator

- Hands-on experience with IAM protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth)
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot access issues
- Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
