What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the performance of the employer's Digital Dropship Program, ensuring growth and efficiency
- Own the Dropship Promotional strategy and execution of the online-only Dropship program
- Manage vendor relationships and drive program improvements based on competitive analysis and internal data
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap
- Present merchandising strategy and results clearly to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or financial planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Retail Store or Pharmacy settings
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on site merchandising developments
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in dropship operations
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time based on business needs
