What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create a FP&A reporting suite to support system-wide operational and capital investment decisions
- Support operating, capital, and long-term financial forecasting processes
- Develop expertise in Strata strategic planning tool to enhance financial planning processes
- Partner with other departments to assess and process changes needed to support high-value work
- Develop trust with operational and clinical leaders through sound financial modeling methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years of financial analytical experience, with 3 years in a healthcare setting
- 3 years of experience with hospital and physician reimbursement methodologies, operational and capital budget processes
- Proficient with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Strong data management skills
- Proficient in SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a healthcare setting
