What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support day-to-day planning and analysis activities, including budget and forecast preparation
- Provide financial management support to Executive and Senior Management by preparing and presenting plans
- Conduct regular management reporting and analysis of actual results in alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial projection models and assist in implementing financial processes
- Build constructive relationships with diverse business partners to facilitate effective collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Candidates must live in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience
- 4-6 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in a non-profit or related field
- Proficiency in financial systems for budget preparation and management, including financial planning and reporting software
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics and visualization software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
- Experience with grant and/or government contracting financial modeling and reporting
- Familiarity with Workday Adaptive
- Passion for higher education and effective presentation skills in various settings
