What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support all financial analysis phases of the M&A life-cycle, including assessment, profitability modeling, due diligence, and deal closure
- Build financial cases and executive presentations to support investment recommendations
- Review P&L model outputs and make investment recommendations based on analysis
- Create ad-hoc financial modeling for special projects and pro-forma models for new centers
- Partner with external brokers to source new acquisition opportunities and engage with potential sellers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis or investment analysis within a national multi-unit organization
- Proficiency in cash-flow modeling and investment metrics (NPV, IRR, etc.)
- Ability to build and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Cognos, Hyperion, and MS Access
