What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical support for valuations, including due diligence, analysis, and data collection
- Conduct company and industry analysis on key performance indicators to assist in determining asset value
- Communicate directly with bank clients and appraised companies to gather necessary information
- Produce final appraisal reports based on quantitative and qualitative findings
- Maintain the employer's Appraisal Application database for accurate and timely information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a business, financial, audit, lending, or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and inventory accounting methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
