      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and strengthen the company's Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
      - Respond to Level 2 tickets, including bugs, outages, and new feature requests
      - Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory and internal requirements
      - Collaborate with development teams to implement secure identity solutions
      - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 4+ years of related experience in IAM or cybersecurity
      - Expert understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management concepts
      - In-depth knowledge of identity protocols and technologies such as OAuth and SAML
      - Ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Computer Science
      - 6+ years of related experience
      - Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
      - Knowledge of organizational standards and policies (ISO, NIST)
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations (SOX, PCI, FAA, GDPR, PII)
