What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recommend and implement initiatives for the strategic selection and evaluation of outside counsel and legal vendors
- Manage logistics and analysis for outside counsel and legal vendor RFPs
- Develop and improve financial and administrative processes within the Legal Department
- Support knowledge management efforts by maintaining databases and standard forms
- Serve as a liaison with IT to implement and integrate technology solutions for legal operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Paralegal studies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field, including project management and financial analysis
- Experience with knowledge management and legal e-billing systems preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Oracle MyCloud, Legal Tracker, and CorpPlan
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills in a professional setting
- Understanding of legal and law firm financials, metrics, and analytics
- Strong analytical capabilities to support financial planning and budget management
