What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditor requirements for institutions and business units
- Gather data elements and required materials for applications and reports in collaboration with business owners
- Maintain relevant databases and resource materials to perform assigned tasks
- Review and assess institutional implications of current and proposed regulations, presenting analysis and solutions to leaders
- Lead multiple complex projects concurrently and assist with developing policies and procedures for efficiency and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of previous work experience in a federal/state regulated environment
- Experience gathering and analyzing various types of data and communicating information effectively
- General computing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher education licensing or accreditation
- Motivated self-starter able to complete projects with little to no supervision
- Strong work ethic and superb proof-reading skills
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and outside agencies professionally
- Writing samples required
