Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Accurately adjudicate managed care rebates for various market segments housed in the revenue management system (Flex)
• Utilize rebate reporting and validation systems to complete detailed calculations and analysis of rebate claims
• Possess the ability to test and understand the functionality of Revitas as well as the interrelationships between the various functional modules
• Ensure the proper evaluation and interpretation of contracts to ensure rebate payments are made accurately and timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts.
• Maintain an effective customer focus: communicating with and providing rebate claim supporting documentation to external and internal customers
• Analyze and resolve all disputed rebate claim data
• Maintain systems and logs to track the status of contracts and rebate processing
• Participate and/or contribute to special projects as needed
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedure
This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $84,000.00 and $126,000.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
