      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex managed care payer financial analysis and contract modeling activities
      - Lead payer contract modeling strategy for large managed care payer negotiations
      - Monitor contract financial performance and analyze managed care performance statements
      - Provide training and oversight for modeling proposed/existing payer contracts
      - Prepare and effectively present analytical results to senior leadership and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial healthcare reimbursement analysis
      - Working knowledge of national standards for fee-for-service provider reimbursement methodologies
      - Basic technical proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visual Basic, PIC, SQL, or related applications
      - Ability to create data reports from health information systems and databases

      - Experience contributing to profitability through financial analysis and data management strategies
      - Familiarity with healthcare financial statements and accounting principles
      - Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and formulating computer and mathematical rules/formulas
