What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Remain knowledgeable about Marketing Technology systems and trends in Marketing Operations
- Provide ongoing support for systems that enable marketing project execution through training and governance
- Utilize data insights to optimize processes and implement improvements
- Partner with third-party software providers to influence their capabilities roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill marketing project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in traditional and/or digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology operations
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead and deliver projects with minimal direction
- Familiarity with Marketing Technology systems, such as digital asset management and agile marketing
- Ability to communicate complex topics to senior leadership
- Experience preparing clean and concise leadership-ready documents
