- Opportunity Identification & Assessment: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential merger and acquisition opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment targets within the healthcare sector. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making. Assess preliminary due diligence information from acquisition targets to identify and recommend high-value opportunities.
- Financial Modeling and Valuation: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility and strategic rationale of potential transactions. Utilize various valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions, to assess target companies' intrinsic value and potential returns on investment.
- Due Diligence: Lead or support due diligence efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate target companies' financial, operational, legal, and regulatory aspects. Analyze historical and projected financial performance, assess transaction risks and opportunities, and identify key value drivers and potential value detractors.
- Investment Memorandums and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and deal rationale to senior management, board members, and potential investors. Clearly articulate the strategic rationale, financial implications, and integration plans associated with proposed transactions.
- Integration Support: Collaborate with post-merger integration teams to facilitate the seamless integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational efficiencies, and synergy realization. Provide ongoing support to monitor performance, address integration challenges, and drive value creation post-closing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1+ Years experience in Consulting, Health Care Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate M&A.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Overview: As a Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions to support the growth and expansion objectives of Curana Health. Working closely with the M&A team and senior leadership, you will analyze potential acquisition targets, assess financial and operational performance, and contribute to the development of investment strategies within the dynamic healthcare landscape.
