Job Description
- Req#: 3988
- The Senior Analyst is responsible for bench work (sample preparation and LC-MS/MS injection) conducted under method development (bioanalytical assay development (under supervision), transfer from existing method, non-GLP sample analysis)
- Perform appropriate documentation based on their assignment to the laboratory. Perform the writing of bioanalytical method SOP.
- Communicate potential problems that could impact quality of the work performed in the laboratory and data reliability and discusses appropriately with line manager.
- Follow general SOP and good laboratory practice (GLP) and good clinical practices (GCP) as applicable.
- Stay up to date on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques via training sessions, team meetings and internal communication avenues.
- Can be assigned to provide coaching and mentoring to Analysts I and II.
- Respecting Health and Safety standards in terms of personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and work procedures.
- Observes all company guidelines and policies.
- Minimum of a College or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience in a bioanalytical laboratory is preferred;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
