      About The Role
      As a Senior Analyst assigned to Method Development (MD), focus on mass spectrometry, you will participate in the development of bioanalytical methods and sample analysis.
      What You'll Do Here
      • The Senior Analyst is responsible for bench work (sample preparation and LC-MS/MS injection) conducted under method development (bioanalytical assay development (under supervision), transfer from existing method, non-GLP sample analysis)
      • Perform appropriate documentation based on their assignment to the laboratory. Perform the writing of bioanalytical method SOP.
      • Communicate potential problems that could impact quality of the work performed in the laboratory and data reliability and discusses appropriately with line manager.
      • Follow general SOP and good laboratory practice (GLP) and good clinical practices (GCP) as applicable.
      • Stay up to date on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques via training sessions, team meetings and internal communication avenues.
      • Can be assigned to provide coaching and mentoring to Analysts I and II.
      • Respecting Health and Safety standards in terms of personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and work procedures.
      • Observes all company guidelines and policies.
      What You'll Need to Succeed
      • Minimum of a College or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science-related field
      • Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience in a bioanalytical laboratory is preferred;
      • Good organizational and time management skills;
      • Attentive to details and good observation skills;
