What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed periodic reviews and projects within Circle's KYC Team
- Review higher and high-risk client relationships to ensure accurate customer due diligence
- Update internal records to enhance customer KYC files and monitor risk factors
- Draft executive-level risk acceptance memos for customers with identified red flags
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Relationship Managers to gather necessary documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates, including at least 2 years in crypto
- B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical with a strong ability to work with data
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with internal and external teams
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Innovative mindset with a passion for digital currency and blockchain technology
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
