What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed periodic reviews and projects in the KYC Team, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Review high-risk client relationships to ensure accurate customer due diligence
- Examine customer profile changes for material changes in risk factors and red flags
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Relationship Managers to gather necessary documentation for KYC requirements
- Monitor industry trends related to money laundering and fraud schemes, ensuring timely reporting of suspicious activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates, with at least 2 years in the cryptocurrency sector
- Bachelor's degree; a quantitative or technical degree is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and internal teams
- Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing with both internal and external teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Innovative mindset with a passion for digital currency and blockchain technology
