      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute processes in support of the department’s professional practice framework, including policy updates and procedure modifications
      - Ensure compliance with professional standards and recommend enhancements based on changes to the International Professional Practices Framework
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to IIA Standards
      - Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate benchmarking and collaboration
      - Provide subject matter expertise and support in implementing internal audit technology tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
      - 4+ years of audit and/or QAIP experience directly related to the responsibilities of the role
      - Strong knowledge of IIA Standards and COSO framework
      - Licensing and/or certification required: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Fraud Examiner
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
