Job Summary:

Provide support to Region Finance Manager and Executive Director for overall forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Partner with FP&A teams to prepare the monthly reporting package, consolidate and analyze Total Region financial results and Plan/LEs. Key member of the Region Finance team to continuously drive process improvements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and manage financial submissions to HQ reporting system (GSMS)
• Prepare reports of financial results on time & accurately
  • Prepare Monthly Reporting Pack for Senior Management
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and review results with FP&A teams to understand variance drivers and assess R&Os
  • Complete HQ reporting package with commentary on variances
  • Prepare Quarterly KPMG Audit Commentary
• Provide support to help Manager and Director manage the Americas Region Forecasting processes to ensure alignment with Plan in terms of sales and profit
  • Prepare Monthly Risk and Opportunities analysis for Exec Mgmt
  • Perform analytical review for the total Region forecasts and work with FP&A teams to understand variance drivers and R&Os
  • Prepare presentation decks for Plan and LE review meetings
• Partner with cross functional teams and be a key member of region initiatives and projects:
  • Help identify and continuously drive process improvement and standardization
  • Other projects as requested by management

• Work with IT closely to manage and perform testing for reporting systems including development and upgrade for Global or Local systems (SAP/BPC)

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Strong prioritization, team building, communication and collaboration skills
• Strong financial, analytical, and technical skills
• Must be very organized, detail oriented and able to work under tight timelines
• Aptitude to learn and drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
• Understanding in financial forecasting/analysis, PL/BS review, Budgeting, and Financial Planning Process
• 4-year Degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• 3-4 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in Beauty/Fashion/retail industry preferred, but not required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of BPC and SAP preferred
