What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and distribute analyses to evaluate the financial impact of new and existing payor contracts
- Develop financial models to project reimbursement rates and assess risks associated with contract terms
- Manage end-to-end procedures supporting both existing and new payer contracts
- Partner with various business functions to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Provide comprehensive reporting on contract performance and present findings to executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, or comparable tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or M.S. in a relevant field
- Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to deliver accurate financial models and business recommendations
- Exceptional database and data mining skills with strong financial acumen
- Willingness to support minimal out-of-state travel
