What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage reporting for onsite and offsite media efforts, including ROAS reporting and category reports
- Collaborate with analytics partners and marketing teams to generate actionable insights
- Develop expertise in retail media network business and enhance efficiencies through automation
- Integrate new analytics techniques for measuring paid media impact on campaign KPIs
- Lead process improvement discussions and track progress towards objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics with a focus on paid media analysis
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Databricks
- Proficiency in paid media channels including search, social, display, video, and programmatic
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Tableau
- Strong skills in data manipulation using SQL, Python, or R
