What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions in coordination with global tax professionals
- Review foreign tax provision packages for compliance with guidelines and regulations
- Prepare quarterly analysis of uncertain tax positions and valuation allowances
- Maintain global compliance workflow system and ensure timely filings
- Assist with the preparation of income tax disclosures in 10Q and 10K

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience with a publicly traded corporation and/or Big 4 accounting firm with understanding of US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740)
- Bachelor's Degree required; CPA or Master's degree in Tax preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with executives and other departments
- Proficiency in tax and accounting software, including ONESOURCE and Hyperion HFM
- Demonstrated experience in consulting on finance and/or accounting issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience that demonstrates expertise may be considered for a higher-level position
- Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft Excel
