Respond to Due Diligence request / intakes for all Third-party engagements.
Preparing Due Diligence decks, General Questionnaire Responses, RFP/RFIs and Presentations.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, legal, and information security to respond to stakeholder requests while ensuring that responses are accurate, timely and comply with company standards.
Knowledge of Due Diligence processes including and not limited to PEP (Political Exposed Persons), Global Sanctions, Denied Party Screening, Global Business / Entity Screening, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Checks, AML (Anti Money Laundering) and Adverse Media checks.
Queue Management and responding to the requesters with the ETA.
You will work closely with Sr Analyst TPRM and Manager TPRM towards building consistent and accurate responses and must understand the Due Diligence module / platform from a business and technical perspective.
A firm knowledge, insight, and understanding of business risk management, global sanctions, due diligence tool and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; and the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Have broad understanding of Risk Management principles, Sourcing and procurement process and industry leading Due Diligence practices.
Desired candidate is expected to be self-motivated with exceptionally strong attention to detail, having ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and to adapt to stakeholders’ requirements while working under tight deadlines.
Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders is essential to the role.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Technology, Innovation)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar / progressive role in Risk Management or a valid combination of education and experience
Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint, and interest in learning Power BI, Power Apps
Understanding of procurement, contract management, supply chain and/or sourcing process and how TPRM interfaces through the Supply Chain
Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Supply Chain / Third-Party Risk Management and can explain concepts related to PEP (Political Exposed Persons), Global Sanctions, Denied Party Screening, Global Business / Entity Screening, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Checks, AML (Anti Money Laundering) and Adverse Media.
