What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, code, test, and implement new and existing application systems
- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and support of files within assigned products
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex technical problems and performance issues
- Develop Level of Effort estimates and track actual time worked accurately
- Maintain regular communication with business owners, project managers, vendors, and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4-6 years’ experience in application configuration/design, with at least 2 years in related implementation
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a healthcare setting, physician practice, or hospital
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, and Word
- Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Application Certification or Accreditation may be required for supporting applications
- Project Management experience preferred
- Previous programming experience in SQL, C++, C#, (M), Java, etc. is advantageous
- Experience with data architecture and integration concepts preferred
